Product Nature & Hygiene Policy
Pretty Locs products are hair and personal-care items. Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, all items are non-returnable once purchased, whether opened or used.
Final Sale – No Returns or Refunds
All purchases made from Pretty Locs are FINAL SALE. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, and usage details prior to purchase. Pretty Locs is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal preference, misuse, or product incompatibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact Pretty Locs within 48 hours of delivery with their order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will be reviewed for replacement only, where applicable. Refunds will not be issued.
Agreement & Acceptance
By placing an order with Pretty Locs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Final Sale & No-Return Agreement. This Agreement is binding upon purchase.
